Macy's Login
I cannot logon to macys.com. I get the error message, "A technical error has occurred. For assistance, please call 1-800-289-6229." I called and rather than trying to troubleshoot Firefox, they told me to try Chrome. Chrome did work, so there must me an issue with Firefox. I cleared my cache, but still got the error message.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").
