I do all my banking by internet. I have one account in Suncorp Metway Bank, www.suncorp.com.au . Since late December, I have been unable to print any page, such as my Transactions page, because there is no Print hyperlink on the page. There is no toolbar at all at the top of the page. I have had email correspondence with them for two months, and get replies that assume I am a moron. I have been using computers for over 30 years. Today, frantic with all the useless replies, I used IE8, and went through to the bank, where I was able to see a toolbar at the top of the page, with several hyperlinks, including PRINT. It looks as though this is something to do with Firefox. Any suggestions? Arthur HC Williams Cairns, Tropical North Queensland, Australia

Doesn't {Ctrl + P} work to print the bank web pages?
Or, File > Print from the Firefox Menu bar?
