Firefox loses internet every few minutes
Everytime I use Firefox, its always worked fine, but this has been starting when the latest update came out. Every few minutes, Firefox seems to lose internet on me, meaning I can't go to any other pages, load videos, or refresh the page. All actions are halted and the only way to get Firefox to start up again is to close the current application and open it back up again, but the same thing happens after I do that.
So when this happens, im not getting a crash ID, but I checked anyway and my latest crash ID is listed below. So far, I haven't seen any fix or anybody else having the issue in the help menu.

Yes, I have the same problem. Since the latest upgrade Firefox knocks the internet connection off intermittently. It's not happening when using other browsers and it's never happened before the upgrade. Virus checks find nothing. While browsing, Firefox will not complete request, tab will remain blank, or a message will come up saying to view page uncheck offline browsing (which is not checked).
Alright this is OP/Jim, since nobody here knew what to do I had to figure it out by myself, this is what the problem is, you have a hidden virus in your computer, this was my problem anyway. Ill take the people who have this problem through a step by step guide:
1. Go to Google type in "Superanti spyware" and download the free edition, let it run and see what the results are, make sure to check "remove selected" before the scan starts.
2. If everything looks fine their, then go online and search ESET virus scanner and do another virus scan there. This step should only be done if the 1st step fails to find any viruses which I doubt it will
3. Now go online and download Malwarebytes anti virus and run a quick scan, this should eliminate any further viruses you have in your computer and everything, including Firefox should run without losing internet.
Enjoy.
